David Pearson has been in the real estate business for 9 years, and has been the Principal Broker and owner of David Pearson Real Estate & Development since 2004. In addition to providing buying and seller brokerage services, David has personally developed and consulted several residential developments in the Green Hills and Nashville areas. David has specialized in working with investors for these and many other projects, as well as has extensive knowledge in remodeling and rehabilitating single and multi-family properties.
In an effort to provide the most convenience and value to his clients, David has opened American Nationwide Mortgage Company in Nashville, Tennessee. Having an "in house" mortgage operation in conjunction with full service real estate services offers buyers and sellers all the tools they need for any real estate transaction; saving David's clients time and money.
David works daily to meet the needs of his clients. He has a dedicated team of marketing experts, in-house mortgage company, a staging specialist, and a closing specialist to maximize the ease of your buying, selling and/or lending experience.
